Weightless Facial Moisturizer

Formulator Notes:

This facial moisturizer smooths on weightlessly during application.
It leaves the sking feeling soft and supple with no oily residue.

MIX PROCEDURE:
Combine Part A ingredients.  Heat to 160º F.  Mix well.  Heat Part B to 160º F and slowly add
mix to Part A.  Mix until homogeneous.  Add Part C ingredient.  Mix vigorously.   Add Part D
ingredient.  Mix well.  Add Part E.  Mix until uniform.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES:
This formulation is for a creamy moisturizing application.  It leaves the skin smooth and glossy.

Variations:
Other silicones may be added to provide a more robust feel.
